- Future Star
- Aimed at individuals aged between 21 and 30* who have demonstrated significant personal achievement and have the ability to be role models in the future.
* Only individuals 30 years of age and younger at the time of the entry deadline (4th April 2008) are eligible to enter this category . - Outstanding Achiever
- Aimed at individuals who have been outstanding in their performance generally or on a specific project whose example is a benchmark for others to follow.
- Inspirational Leader
- A leader who inspires those around them either through their leadership of a project, a group of individuals or a business.
- Sustainability Award
- The Sustainability Award recognises the contribution of an individual in a job role that addresses 21st century issues facing businesses working in the built environment. Entrants should work in a department or as a specialist in a project team with responsibility for sustainability, zero carbon or low carbon design or realisation.
- International Award - New Category
- The International Award recognises the contribution of an overseas based individual working on a non-UK based project.
Entrants for all the above categories will be judged on proof of their ability to influence their business and the construction team to take positive steps as well as prove that they have made a positive difference to a project outcome. - Inspire Woman of the Year Award
- This is a non-entry award that will be nominated by the industry and decided upon by the judging panel. It will recognise the achievements of an outstanding individual who deserves to be held up as a guiding light and testament for the achievements of women within the industry.

All judging will be based on written submissions, which themselves will be short listed by our internal panel there will be no interviews.
If you have been selected as a finalist you will be contacted at the beginning of June.
All finalists must be available to attend the Inspire lunch event on Friday 27th June 2008 at The Brewery, London.
